216 Havre is a great example of modern living in a traditional, contextual aesthetic. The lower levels of this building are two flat units, while the upper levels are a pair of duplexes, one facing the front and the other facing the rear. It optimizes the use of contemporary concepts like open living, and technologies like automatic sprinklers and long lasting cement fiber siding.
It's always great to work with the Dalfior team, but in this case there was a particularly special moment when a neighbor asked them to buy her property and redevelop it because she appreciated how Fernando’s team had respected and worked with the neighborhood. Though she was leaving, she wanted what was best for her neighbors, and felt we were the ones to do it.
